HRD Ministry released the NIRF Ranking 2018 for the Indian management programs. We have taken the most important parameters (Graduation Outcome - GO & Reputation - RP) to give you a new B-School ranking. Read on to know more.
In our previous articles, we presented the latest NIRF Management Institute Ranking 2018, and presented the ranking analysis and tried to explain the surprises in the latest publication.
Through our analysis, we also showed that in the NIRF Ranking this year, RPR (Research and Professional Practice) and OI (Outreach and Inclusivity) (combined weightage of around 75%) outweighed the Graduation Outcome (GO) and Perception (PR) (combined weightage of around 15%).
However, for most of the MBA aspirants joining an MBA program, the graduation outcome (salary & placements) and institute's reputation are by far the two most important evaluation parameters. So, we isolated and combined these two parameters (GO & RP) and came up with a new ranking below --
