The notifications for the two most important management entrance tests in India, that is - Common Admission Test or CAT 2017 and Xavier Aptitute Test or XAT 2018 are out! Here is a quick summary of the timelines of the application and test dates.

This year, a total of 91 B-schools (including 20 IIMs) are 'officially' accepting CAT 2017 scores for admission to their MBA/PGP or equivalent post-graduate management programs. Although, the number of b-schools 'officially' accepting CAT scores has come down this year, the same is expected to increase as more institutes join in. On the other hand, there are 156 B-schools (including 11 XAMI members) that are open to accept XAT 2018 for admission to these programs.
As a result of overlap, there are several good b-schools that are accepting both CAT 2017 and XAT 2018 scores for admission to their post-graduate management programs. Here is the list (in alphabetical order) -
